Using a 5 AXIS CAM controlled laser based machine, our process is ISO certified, and highly repeatable. We provide this as a service, with machines we design and build, assuring you of tremendous experience with both the process, and the machinery. Since we design the equipment, we can also eventually offer a path to bringing the process in-house, providing a solution that is tailored to your requirements. The DMD process can deposit virtually any metal that can be processed into a powder, and with in-house metallurgy, we can develop custom receipe for your application.
