Robert Lohrke Associates has been in business since 1958 and specializes in recruiting
and placement in the engineering, technical and management areas but sometimes will
work for client companies in other areas such as: Human Resources, Accounting and
MIS. In the last fifteen years, their business has grown to be 90% metals and 10%
other industrial and commercial companies. Robert Lohrke recruits nationwide and
has made limited placements outside of North America functioning mostly as placers
of applicants with client companies.
Since 1988 the agency has been a member
of Inter-City Personnel, a nationwide group of independent recruiting firms, and
functions mostly as placers of applicants with client companies. Its counselors and
the agency have consistently earned individual counselor "Golden Eagle"
awards and Agency Awards (over 30 times) in IPA; including 5 times "Placer of the Year", 2 times "1st Place Agency", 2 times "Counselor of the Year". Three
of our counselors (past and present) have earned Bronze Medallions ($200,000 lifetime
system production), two have earned Silver Medallions ($500,000 lifetime system production)
and one has earned a Gold Medallion ($1,000,000 lifetime system production).
